  • 9:30 am – Pick up at your Lima hotel. We’ll begin our tour by exploring the Surquillo Market.
  • 10:00 am – Upon arrival at the market, we’ll take in the diversity of ingredients used in traditional dishes.
  • 10:30 am – We’ll depart for Bolivariano in Pueblo Libre. Along the way, we’ll enjoy a video highlighting Peruvian cuisine, including main dishes, desserts, and drinks.
  • 11:00 am – Upon arrival at the restaurant, we’ll indulge in a tasting of the national cocktail, Pisco Sour. We will also delve into the preparation of this classic drink. Afterwards, we will explore the details of the national dish, Ceviche, with multiple opportunities to try different varieties of the renowned fish.
  • 12:00 pm – We will continue to a renowned restaurant to enjoy an extensive buffet, exploring other traditional Peruvian dishes and desserts.
