The formulation of a complaint does not exclude the use of other methods of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint before Indecopi.
The provider must respond to the complaint within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days, with the possibility of extending the deadline for an additional fifteen days.
By signing this document, the client authorizes to be contacted after the processing of the claim to evaluate the quality and satisfaction of the claim attention process.

Tierra Biru Expeditions is a member of the Adventure Operators in Peru, registered and authorized by the Peruvian Ministry of Culture.
