CUSCO SUPER SACRED VALLEY

Named for being the main food supplier to the Inca Empire, the Sacred Valley of the Incas sits on the banks of the Urubamba River. This river, at its beginning, bears the name Vilcanota, which comes from the Quechua word Wilcamayu, or 'Sacred River'.

Itinerary

Day 1: visit to the valley sacred
