Itinerary
Day 1: southern valley visit
This half-day tour explores southern Cusco, combining pre-Inca architecture, Inca engineering, and colonial art. It begins with a visit to Andahuaylillas, home to its Baroque church, known as the 'Sistine Chapel of the Americas'. The tour then continues to Piquillacta, a pre-Inca urban center of the Wari culture. Finally, we visit Tipón, an Inca site famous for its water channels and agricultural terraces. The tour ends with the return to Cusco at noon.
