Hotel pick-up is approximately at 07:20 a.m. so you can arrive early to the Qoricancha Esplanade, since the ceremony officially starts at 09:00 a.m. and the seats are not numbered (spots are taken on a first-come basis, so arriving early helps you secure a better view). After the first performance, you will make your way on your own to Cusco’s Plaza de Armas for the second reenactment around 10:00 a.m.; there are no assigned seats here and the show is usually watched standing from the square’s surroundings—an ideal window to explore the historic center. Our organized services begin at 11:30 at Plaza Regocijo, where our uniformed staff will welcome you, coordinate the group, and guide you to the tourist transport. On the way to Sacsayhuamán, assistance continues throughout, and if your booking includes it, a boxed lunch will be handed out so you can enjoy it during the event. The main ceremony starts approximately at 13:45 p.m. and runs until about 16:30 p.m., delivering the most important moments of Inti Raymi in a breathtaking Andean setting. After the performance, we’ll coordinate the exit point, escort you back to the vehicles, and return you to Cusco, ending the service at your hotel door.
