Starting in Miraflores, you’ll visit a local market to discover the country’s culinary identity through authentic colors, aromas, and flavors—then enjoy an exotic Peruvian fruit tasting. Next comes the highlight: a chef-led class where you’ll learn how to prepare three iconic favorites—Pisco Sour, Causa Limeña, and the legendary Ceviche. Finally, you’ll sit down to enjoy everything you made, celebrating Peru’s flavors in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for travelers who want to eat, learn, and experience Lima through its gastronomy.
We begin at 9:00 a. m. with hotel pick-up in Miraflores. Our first stop is a local market, where you’ll discover Peru’s essence through authentic colors, aromas, and flavors that reflect everyday life and culture. At 10:15 a. m. we enjoy an exotic fruit tasting, learning about origins and how these ingredients are used in Peruvian cuisine. Then at 10:30 a. m. we start a hands-on culinary session preparing three classics: the refreshing Pisco Sour, the delicious Causa Limeña, and the unforgettable Ceviche, learning techniques and chef tips along the way. At 11:30 a. m. it’s time for the best part—the tasting of everything you prepared. Finally, at 12:30 p. m. we return to your hotel, taking home a delicious and memorable taste of Peru.
